I'd kill just for a mod that removes building restrictions, mainly collision with terrain and being able to place stuff in the air. Being able to have my walls clip into the ground or into the Castle walls would look so much better than having them float slighty above ground.

I am having the same issue today. The manager is downloading at 30 kb/s, which is completely unacceptable. Manual downloads give me a blank white page, or a 503 error on Chrome.
