I'm having an issue with the operators suits specifically the Fancy suit & tie, Fancy suit, Fancy plaid suit & tie and Fancy plaid suit & string tie. In the world model it clearly shows a tie but the character model shows no such tie, the tie simply doesn't show up. I'm sure this another bug Bethesda didn't bother to fix. Normally I can find a fix on the nexus but I have not been able to find anything to fix this small yet annoying bug. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can go about fixing this or suggest a mod I may have missed?

I'm sure other people have this problem aswell.. All I seem to have in my fallout new vegas folder is Data and Redists. How do I find my program files so that I can load NVSE?

Every mod I seem to install tex'tures seem to be replaced with a white ! mark. I have no idea what to do, I've changed the quallity. Can you guys help me?
