sorry for my English i have a pretty bad grammar and spelling . to get into the bunker you have to get Veronica as a companion idk you have to wait or not but i get the quest when i investigating the vault 3 and in the middle of the quest she said that she want to go back to the BoS and tell her chief or something ,and so we get to the death valley or something and enter the bunker there ,and veronica open the door for me . idk this will be useful or not but i go to many place that controlled by many faction and veronica always talk how advanced they are in the war until the quest trigger in fiend hideout .
