I'm surprised that some one either hasn't made it or requested it. I thought it would be cool if some one could make a medic powerarmor like from fallout 3 but a fully working one that dispenses stims psycho and med-x. and then give the texture a medical color scheme of red cross on teh chest with serial numbers and "US Medic core" on it or something along those lines.

the only thing to keep in mind is that Freeside is supposed to be more of a slum. so you want to make sure not to make it too restored other than that it is an awesome idea

the only reason i think it could be a trait for is to make it like fallout 3 and get perks every level instead of every other. that is my only speculation on this idea of it being a trait
