How can I make like hills or mountains on my map? How can I get background music in a worldspace like on the NV Strip?

So I made a new worldspace and placed a door that led to it.Now whenever I go in-game I can't see that door...

This. I did buy it it's just not the Steam version

So I just downloaded FOMM and when I click on launch Fallout:NV it launches Steam,even though I don't have the Steam version of the game.It has never done this before.What can I do?
