    What i usually do is uncheck all of them exept base and dlc's. if it works, its one of the many mods you have installed. if it doesnt, reinstall. also you can use FONVEDIT to try to find the problem. (if you can find it, i made it up, i play fallout 3 and theres a program that looks for problems called FO3EDIT)
