  1. I try this ENBSeries stuff out.

    I really wonder why this "performance mod" causes this black screen issue. That's really a damn thing, because with it it sets my graphic settings (like in Oblivion) automatically to very high. If there weren't the black screen... ;)

    And the graphic of Skyrim seems very similar to the one in Oblivion, so I really don't understand this performance difference.

    Edit: By the way: Could somebody explain me how to use two d3d9.dll files at the same time, like it says in the readme of ENB? I don't get that part.

    I would like to try both mods together, maybe that helps against the black screen.

  2. Hello there!

    I wanted to try the Performance mod (the one which changes a dll-file) because I could run Oblivion always on max settings. Skyrim instead runs even in medium settings not quite satisfying. After copying the dll the game set the video settings on high by itself after the detection.

    But all the time I try to start the game I get only a black screen, the sound works but there's no screen.

    Thanks for any help! :)

  3. Hi there!

    I've got an idea for a mod which makes something possible that seems impossible in the Dragon Age universe: Respawning Enemies!!!

    That would give you the option to train your character like in about every other RPG or to seek for new items. A mod for training purposes. Would it be difficult to program something like that?

    I searched the whole web for something like that without result.

    How is that? ;)

  4. If you just want more enemies

    -> play through a mod ( like QaL )

    -> disable mod, load game, save

    -> enable mod, load game

    -> you can play mod again

    How do you do that? I tried that with Castle Cousland mod but with no effect. After I enabled the mod again everything was like before. All the enemies were dead and so.

    What can I do?

  5. Hello!

    I got a problem installing the level 50 mod on Windows 7. It says I should put the two files into this path:My Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\override.

    The first thing is I don't have a folder called override inside the packages folder. And if I create one and put the files inside nothing happens. I read you should get 25 tactic slots immediately but that's not the case so I conclude it wasn't successful. Any help would be great.

    Thanks a lot for answers! ;)

  6. If you just want more XP:

    * enable the Command Console

    * type runscript addxp <nnnn> (where <nnnn> is the amount of XP you want to add to yourself)

    * level up your character.

    Well, that's not quiet funny... ;)

    I tried the Last Stand mod but I don't like it much. You can't exit the area so you have to fight until you eventually die. Where's the matter?? That's boring. I'm trying Caste Cousland at the moment.

  7. Damn! If that toolset wouldn't be so complicated I would do it by myself...

    These fights while travelling through the world map are limited. I got all the DLCs but the monsters seem to be finite too.

    There are so many mods but I can't find one that creates something like a training area with random respawns.

    That's a pitty :(

    BTW: No chances to reset the random encounters, hm?

  8. Hello!

    I'm looking for a way to fight more enemies to train, gather experience and so on.

    Can I somehow set back an already entered area to fight the monsters again? Or is there any kind of respawn mod? I was looking for this in the whole web and there seem to be many people scrabbling about something like that in many forums but I could never find a way. Any expert here who can help me?

    Thanks a lot! :)
