Simply reinstall DX9.

Use Fallout Mod Manager, use the BOSS auto sort, then use FO3Edit to create a merged patch. If it still crashes, disable the merged patch then disable mods one by one till the game starts to find the one that is breaking.

I just reinstalled FO3 with MMM for the first time, and Wow... I can't believe what I have been missing. The game has gone from a Walk in the Park even on V. Hard to OH S**T THERE ARE 15 FREAKING SUPER MUTANTS AND I AM ONLY LEVEL 5 so now I have to carefully lay mines and draw them into a firing line to explodinate them. Also, Jehrico is by far the most likeable NPC.

Ok, so you know how FWE lets you hack and lockpick if you have the skill without going through those annoying minigames? Is there any mod that just does THAT, since I do not use FWE? Preferably one that toggles or is split between Hacking and Lockpicking, since I don't mind Lockpicking all that much, but it's nice to have the option!
