  1. What i think would be a nice (and better) alternative for tripwires are spotlights that only let power through when detecting something. "What could be the use of this?", you say? Well what about having your turrets or alarm only on when enemies are nearby. If you would use a tripwire, you would have to manually disable (yes i know you "enable" it, but you get the point) the tripwire to turn the turrets/alarm off, while the spotlight stops transmitting power when there are no more enemies to be seen. So no more effort in pressing a button for you. That's one more step into the future. What could possibly be a disadvantage of this magnificent spotlight. I hope i have impressed your modder mind with this wonderful idea. Now chop chop. Do your thing. Make that modding magic happen... Unless you don't want to... Then don't... But it would be cool! Anyways, i'm off to do other things. until the next post my dear reader whom i don't know.

And if you don't mind to explain "Leon Chua esque Memristor" or "double-scroll oscilator", or tell me where to find information on it? I have no clue what those things are. If i know i'll give it a shot, i always like messing around in FO4.

  5. Here i am with another request! i would like a workable settlement at camp kendall. (video showcase of camp kendall: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URP4pcqT-pI ) i recently walked back into this place and placed a "console workbench". and was disappointed that it wasn't an actual settlement. i mean, it's so cool! it has a damn elevator bridge thingy to a sniper outpost, or at least could be used as that. or as your private chambers. idk. i hope this isn't too difficult to do. much love. ~internet person
  6. I haven't seen any air rifles yet so i thought it would be cool if someone adds one. Pumping the rifle shouldn't be added since you need a reload and a pumping thingy so that would be difficult. lets just say it has an infinite air tank. Here are some cool airgun examples from metro: Pellet^ Dart^ Things i think would be cool: -it makes no sound. well, it makes sound, but it's like silenced without a silencer. if you know what i mean. -custom shooting sound^ -the option to shoot either pellets or darts. -if chosen darts, the option to retrieve the dart from dead enemies -if you are a modding god, add the option besides reloading, to pump air into the tank. If you are interested in making this please do... or spam someone who might be able to... idk please make this a thing in fallout, it would be great for them stealthy boys. or don't. i'm not your boss... i'm just a post. it's not like i can do anythin about it...

  13. Yes i know what you're thinking. "hurr durr, berry mentats already does that". You're right, it does, but i don't like the animation of that thingy. I would love tho have a high detailed version just like the targeting hud. So the possible options are: -Give targeting hud the option to see enemies through walls. or -Change the berry mentats animation to the targeting hud one. I prefer the first option. but both are fine. It would be great for sniper, infiltrator or some other kind of playthrough. I really hope that someone would add this if it's not too difficult. thank you random modder that reads this and thinks "hey, that's pretty good. imma make that into a mod" ~internet person

  15. I'm asking if someone can make a button, that pulses power. Right now we have switches, those toggle power on and off. I'd like the button to activate power for a certian period of time. Here's an example. i have a switch wired to a light, and a button wired to a light. I activate the switch and the light will stay on until i activate it again to turn it off. I activate the button, it will go on, and will turn of after a certain period of time. Hopefully that was a good enough explanation, if not, just say so.
  16. I would like to suggest a mod that makes a button that pulses power for a certain period of time. This sort of already exists in the game in a different way. For example: -pressure plate, you can activate it and it will pulse power for half a second. -firing target: pulse, when you shoot it pulses power. -conveyor belt laser tripwire: pulse, this pulses power when something passes it. You get the idea. You could use the model from the button at red rocket, the one for the garage door. Here are some ideas for features: -pulse time changeable through terminal. -3 versions: one for the wall, one for the ceiling, one for the floor. Just like the power conduits. Thank you for reading, hope you like the idea, ~a settlement enthusiast P.S. I have made a button system in vanilla, but it takes a lot of wiring, so this mod would just make things easier. If you want a tutorial for that system i can try to post it somehow somewhere.

  19. I think it would be cool to have a straight razor in fallout 4. But it probably needs a lot of work. Here's what i can think of: -A custom model -An opening/closing animation -Removing the stabbing animation, so you can only slash(because a straight razor has no pointy pointy) -Custom finishing move animation, like slitting throat n' stuff(unless that is already in the base game) Or you could copy the knife files from new vegas, if that is a possible thing. maybe upgrade the textures a bit. I don't know... If you like knifes then you must like this idea. or not... Please make this a mod :smile: ~internet person
  20. I just thought that it would be nice to light up your vault(or other settlements) without having those damn lightbulbs hanging everywhere. So my suggestion is: -light emitters that can't be seen or can be touched when out of workshop mode. -you should see them as whatever model they will be when in workshop mode so you can still scrap them. If you like the idea, please share with modders or whatever... or don't... this is just a post... i won't tell you what to do... ~internet person

I like stealth and low kill rate gameplay so i think it would be cool to have a weapon wich could just be a (modable)scope, or two of them side by side(or a custom 3d model) to make it look like binoculars. If you look through them and aim at an enemy you could tag it just like the recon sensors. The hud of the single scope would just be like any scope on a weapon, the binocular one would maybe be two circles with a cross in the middle? I might be able to make the hud in photoshop. I don't know though... Here's what kind of mods it could have: -Tagging with recon sensor mod -modable range: short, medium, long -night vision -targeting hud
  22. Ever felt that your vault was too dark? You would like to add some light, but having light bulbs hanging everywhere isn't nice either. so why not something that emits light, but you can see the emitter itself, so you can place it anywhere you'd like without ruining the looks of your precious vault! I'm not sure if this is easy to make but i'm gonna request it anyway. Hopefully this will become a reality and help lots of vault dwellers/overseers.
  23. Yes i know that a lock joint syringe locks their joints, so it's supposed to (sorta)freeze them. But i think it would be cool to have the same idea but then instead making your victims go limp. This could be done as a standalone syringe or as an override of the lock joint. If it's possible...
  24. I would like a simple mod that makes nothing too heavy to carry. It's just annoying that i can't move those stupid bodies unless i chop off their limbs or strip em down to nothing. So if it's possible i would greatly appreciate it!
