A few days ago I experienced this problem for the first time. In fact, this is the first technical issue I've ever experienced with F4. I tried just about every fakakta solution I could find, to no avail. Turning off the Steam Overlay has worked for me so far tonight. I'm amazed, a simple solution that actually works (probably just jinxed myself). But, here I am playing the game once again. Here's hoping it's a permanent fix. I completely agree with OP. Since day one playing Skyrim I've thought the same thing. It absolutely makes sense. You clearly have a free hand while carrying the bow around, why not put some spells in it? You wouldn't even need to kill the spell animation when drawing back, might look cooler like that :P Either way, yes. I would love the ability to wield both the bow and a spell simultaneously.

Aha, thank you. I've gifted a good amount of items to Leliana so far, not a ton, just the ones I thought would yield a high return. I'm downloading the patch now. I've had her hit on me with the hair comment, talked about her past and so on. I wouldn't care so much about her except that I'm playing a female character, so Morrigan is out. I'm assuming I need to do a companion quest for her, is this correct? Does she need to be at 100?

Thought I'd start a thread based on the romances with a question. I had achieved the 'interested' status with Leliana. I've gone through Redcliffe, the Mage's Tower, and just finished up the Ruined Temple for the ashes of Andraste. Leliana has dropped back to 'care'. I checked my saved games and it happened somewhere between the Tower and the Temple. Any thoughts? How can I get the love interest back, is it even possible if I had her interest and lost it? I'm a little disappointed seeing as how I sat through all that dialogue, gave gifts and so on, all for nothing or so it seems. I don't mind if feedback contains spoilers, as long as it pertains to this subject. Also, could someone post a list of which characters that can become love interests, and maybe the best way to go about achieving these storylines?

Yes! I think that might have been him... most likely. Munkee, that sounds very familiar. Although, that may not be who I'm referring to. If it is, that sucks that he was banned or, not if he was ripping credit from other modders. At least, it sucks that the mods are gone. The shotguns he put up were friggin great and that SIG552 was beautiful. Anyone know if his mods are still accessible somewhere else? I'll do some looking myself. I'll also keep trying to figure out exactly who it is I'm thinking of. Thanks again.

Hey everyone, Alright, here's the deal. I just formatted my comp not too long ago and am currently re-installing F3. I'm also re-downloading all my favorite mods because my external drive crapped out. I can't remember this modder's name, who made excellent modern weapons. I do remember he made a couple of SPAS12 shotties, a SIG552 and a whole bunch of others. The most distinctive thing I can remember about him was his screenshots. They were always taken on the balcony of Tenpenny Tower, his character in the screens was always wearing a black baseball cap and shades.. He looked like a spec ops kinda guy. I know this might be a long shot but, I really enjoyed this guys mods and can't find him anymore on the nexus. If you have the slightest inclination as to who I might be talking about post or PM some links... Please!! Thanks in advance.

I haven't played Oblivion in a long while. I decided to re-install and play again. For the life of me I can't seem to get ANY 'cosmetics' mods to work properly. I used to have Ren's hair, Corean, ThrottleKitty, you name it; and they all worked fine. Now I've tried so many different mods, Beautiful People (and several different compilations/variations of), Cosmetic Compilation (and other merged mods) Ren's Beauty Pack, etc... and I can't get ANY of them to fully work properly. Either the hairs won't show or, the eyes are black and/or missing. I'm not so dumb that I'm trying them all together, I'm installing only one at a time. I am keeping a fresh Data directory so that if a mod doesn't work and it's too much to uninstall, I wipe the Data directory and replace it with the stock one. The Only mod I've gotten to work, to a certain degree, is the Cosmetic Compilation. Unfortunately I can only get Ren's hair to show up. I really just want to use Corean's hair with Imperial race and maybe some eyes too. Again, it's been a while since I've played Oblivion and messed around with mods. My dozens of other mods are working just fine, I can't seem to get a cosmetics mod that works right though. Any suggestions and help would be very appreciated. I would love to start using these wonderful mods again. Thanks in advance. FYI; I've got Shivering Isles and the latest Official Patch... if that helps at all.
