can someone explain the problem with reshade? it loads when I load up a model in the creation kit lol

What started off was I went to check my folder of skyrim visual mods. Then I installed a few that I did not install before. Then I decided to reinstall RealVision Climate of Tamerial from the NMM. For some reason, the RV_launcher stopped working and giving me error. After a bunch of searching and fixing. I'm still having CTD when load any save. Here is my mod list From the Papyrus log Any idea? I've tried anything I can, including cleaning the save file, checking the master file of each mod. @.@
