Stutter cured. Installed NVSE and NVSR running perfect now :)

I have just installed the game with NO mods (new to mods, wanted to see how the base game was first) and I am experiencing this weird stutter any ideas on what it could be? My rig spec is: CPU: i7 6700k GPU: GTX 1080 RAM: 16GB PSU: EVGA 750 G2 Afterburner stats in the video clip too if that helps. When this mod has been developed a bit further and a bit more stable, I'll use it but before I do I have the grasslands mod installed would I have to uninstall this then install the resurrection mod or can it simply overwrite the grasslands mod? (newbie here). Thanks

Hi all I'm new to NMM and the topic title says it all really. By installing mods would they conflict with the GECK mods when it's out later this year and my saved game? Also how should I organise my load order? Thanks in advance
