thanks for all help guys i was able to fix the stutter it was mod called nameplates idk why but yea now its smooth

im using only icue i tried without it and its same i have really good system without any blootware or anything like that its pretty clean but i will try that that exclusion for defender. i tried the exclusion but nope it still stutter

unfortunately no than it drops to 58 or 57 and the stutter is still there

Hello i will go straight to the point i have capped fps to 120 and i have this weird micro stutter that it will drop to 117 and it hitch for a second its very annoying because its not like 1 in 5 min but its 10 in 3 min inside areas its not that bad but its still there but less outside its far worse i stutter even at vault 111 its really annoying i tried lowering settings lowering fps cap example 30 but it still stutter no matter the fps or settings im sure its some mod that causing this but i have so many mods that it would take ages to find what mod causing this so im asking if there a easy or faster way to troubleshoot my problem thanks for answering my rig Rtx 3080 7 5800x3D 32gb ram NVME SSD no overheating problems temps are not even 55c when gaming both cpu and gpu Load Order
