I found the solution. If you have the mod that stops the manaquins from walking around randomly, disable it. The scripts that it uses messes up dawnguard.
Thank you, Sir.
I have the same issue, and never figure it out that was a damn script from the mannequins fix mod.
You solve my problem, now I can enter in Fort Dawnguard.
Kudos for you

Finally I after read a lot of forums, I find here on Nexus, and realise that is a F..king, script from mannequins fix mod.
Thanks for all Nexus community

Hi,
I instal the Dawnguard DLC, and after walking around the big cities one Orc by the name of Durak approach and talk with me about the vampire menace and then the Dawnguard quest started. So far so good, now I have a quest in my journal to talk with the Dawnguard leader. I go to the fort Dawnguard, and after pass a canyon I found some guy who is going to the fort, and goes with me.After discover the fort I found the Orc Durak again shooting with a crossbow, and after I talk with him he gave me one crossbow and some bolts.
Now, is the problem:
When I try to enter in the fort the game CTD.
I tryed re-order all my mods with BOSS, I tryed to start a new game but every time I try to get in the fort, the game crash.
Everything work fine, I can craft the new weapons (dragonbone greatsword, dragonbone bow), I can enter inMossy Glen Cave ( near fort Dawnguard ), But everytime I open the fort's door the game CTD.
Anyone have this issue?
I want to play Dawnguard but I don't know how to solve this issue.

@PharmakosChroster
Yes, I know Skyrim is cold place and in the Skyrim stile all armor has a lot of fur and horns, but the DB outfit doesn't have any fur, is all leather.
P.S. also the thieves Armor or the Nightingale Armor are all leather, and by your point of view none of these Armor fits in Skyrim stile.
I just said that this armor that fits better with the character of evil, which is what the DB is.
-
Skyrim is a astonishing game, but it comes with a lack of outfits.
When I said, lack of outfits, I mean there are no outstanding gear for example, in the Dark Brotherhood, the Armor is so ugly that I don't use.
.....as I said the DB must be like this, in my opinion:
http://i1270.photobucket.com/albums/jj615/sergiobor/TESV2012-07-2417-15-05-55-DB.jpg
- this is a misc of Lich King's Armor ( without pauldrons, cuirass, leg protectors and arm protectors)
- Lich King's Boots
- Lich King's Mask of Shadows
- Death Dealer's Armguards
- Death Dealer's Ring
- Furhood
......... Well, this is my point of view
.....if you have other opinion and other Armor who fits better in DB, please post here.

I just used the 1.6 beta to test mounted combat, and I am delighted because that was my desire since the begin of the game, for have reason to use a horse but then I discover that brooks every mod who starts by a courier, like "Niflheim", "Skyrim Safehouse", or "Much Ado about Snow Elves".
That's why I'm still with Version 1.5 until I comfirm in forums there are no big trouble with new update.
-
Shame that I finish all Vanilla Quest that involves the courier, including all the words of power, to confirm if it was only with the mods or if this happens with the Vanilla quests, too.
I'll try to find one save, before of the Quest with Calcelmo ( after bought some piece of dwemer Armor ),or the Quest for Solitude ( The Wolf Queen Awakened), but it will be hard, because I've a lot of saves.........and I realy don't want to reinstall the V.1.6 beta, again. :verymad:

Hi, people
Yesterday I tried to install a home / mod "Safehouse Skyrim by bLaCkShAd0w." This mod begins with a courier approaching you saying: "I've been looking for you, I have something I, suppose to deliver on their hands only, ..... bla, bla...., and then he gives me nothing and the Quest don't start.
- Well, then I spawn the letter with console and the letter comes blank, and the Quest don't start, too.
NO PROBLEM .... is another house/mod, probably have some issues, and someday they fix them, that's what I thought, then I tried to install a Quest/mod "Niflheim - Dark Mists by hellcat5 ", this mod also started by a courier delivering a message to you, and then, AGAIN, the letter that the courier is suppose to deliver, never shows in my inventory, and AGAIN the Quest don't start, and now I thought, what a hell??.
Just to confirm my suspicious I reinstall "Much Ado about Snow Elves -Reborn- by Little Baron",and then <BAM> :verymad:, AGAIN the same, and this is weird because I had installed this mod previously and it worked properly.
WELL, now I'm really concerned. and try to re-check all my mods and try to figure what's wrong, and after a while, and, a lot of sweat  , I realise that something messed up with the courier, because only the mods who started by a courier, have this issue.
<note> I play other mods who start in another way and everyone works properly.
  After change all the load order, and check any incompatibilities, I tried to uninstall the 1.6 beta and reinstall the previous version of Skyrim 1.5.26.
- Now, everything works fine, and all the quests who start by a courier works properly.
Anyone have this issue, or is something wrong with my game. >:(

You don't find the form ID with Nexus Mod Manager or with any mod manager, you find the form ID using the CK, Skyedit or in game open the console and type - help "name of the item" 4 - but you can find allmost of vanilla form ID here - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2594
For the non vanilla items you can open the mod with CK, or Skyedit and then check the form ID, then see in your mod manager the load order of that mod and replace the 2 first numbers in the form ID you see with CK.
But if you know the name of the item you can open the console in game and type <help "name of the item" 4> and it show the real form ID.
hope this help

In Skyrim we have a similar hotkey system like in Oblivion, the only difference is the way how we assign the items, (weapon/spell/shout/potion), to the keys.
You need to select every item/weapon/spell/...... that you want as favorite, and then open the favorite menu and assign a key [1,8]

Underwater visibility bug
If you use the last Skyrim version ( 1.5.26.0), with some ENB performance you need to go to your skyrimprefs.ini and change bDoDepthOfField= to 0, That should fix it. Also try installing the unofficial skyrim patch.
Hope this help

I realy don't know.
All I know that are some Quest mods that use it, like :
Quest - And the Realms of Daedra by ThirteenOranges - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12369
Quest - No Mercy by ThirteenOranges - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12024
Quest - The Bigger They Are by ThirteenOranges - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12026
Quest - The ghost town by Aleximandre - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9047
....and I just ask them why their mods have that .ckm file, but until now still no answer. :(

CKM.exe file information
The process apparently belongs to the software Ardamax Keylogger by unknown.
Description: CKM.exe is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. The file size on Windows 7/XP is 250,368 bytes.
There is no information about the maker of the file. It is an unknown file in the Windows folder. The program is not visible. CKM.exe is not a Windows core file. CKM.exe is able to record inputs, hide itself, monitor applications. Therefore the technical security rating is 76% dangerous.
Recommended: Identify CKM.exe related errors
If CKM.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files" then the security rating is 66% dangerous. File size is 250,368 bytes. There is no file information. The program has no visible window. The application starts when Windows starts (see Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run). File CKM.exe is not a Windows system file. CKM.exe is able to record inputs, hide itself, monitor applications.
If you have any problems with CKM.exe, you can also uninstall the program using the Control Panel ⇒ Add/Remove programs ⇒ Ardamax Keylogger.
Important: Some malware camouflage themselves as CKM.exe, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. Thus check the CKM.exe process on your pc whether it is pest. We recommend Security Task Manager for verifying your computer's security. It was one of the Top Download Picks of The Washington Post and PC World.
CKM-File is the file encryption application of the Constructive Key Management (CKM) System. Using TECSEC's Constructive Key Management technology, CKM-File provides flexible document access and maximum information protection through several advanced features, including:
Users may selectively limit access to any document by applying selected credentials. Users may select a stronger or faster encryption algorithm from a list of algorithms made available by their organization's Policy Manager.
Encryption and decryption keys are constructed only at the moment they are needed, and then are immediately destroyed. The data needed to construct the keys is not stored in the document, so even if the document falls into the wrong hands, the information it contains is safe.
Decryption is transparent to users. Provided they have been given the appropriate credentials, users simply double-click a CKM-encrypted file in the Windows Explorer to decrypt it.

For the record, there is an Unofficial Skyrim patch out.
I know, and I already use it ( of course ). Have to be people like Kivan who made an astonishing work for Oblivion with his unofficials patche's, to do one unofficial Skyrim patch, because Bethesda never learn with previous errors and release betas that makes more harm than good, like this last 1.5.24 that gives a lot of CTD and can't use ENB because can't see under water.
....and I mentioned the HD texture DLC, because was the first DLC launch by Bethesda and its a gift they give us when the CK was released. A very good gift, in deed: I think a lot of people download it, and never use it because it sucks.
....and now I can't use my ENB settings who made my game more colorful and bright, because the new Bethesda patch mess it up.
-
Yes, part of your complaint is about HD textures dropping your framerate. You should really have edited that out if you didn't want me to double check.
....but if you read all my post you see that HD textures pack its not my only complain, its one of the examples, moreover my big complain its about the the beta patch/updates they release.
What are they doing? release something just for us to shut up to see if it works, and then after messed up with our game, forcing us to uninstall and reinstall mods, forcing us to check all the mods order again and again, they release other update that might work.
They don't test what they do?
It's funny to see how people continues to protect the Bethesda mistakes, when we see rather severe criticism about the mods made by people with far fewer resources. There we see the people complain because the mod had no good textures or causes conflict with other mod, or causes CTD, and these are mods made for us with Bethesda tools, from people who deserve more support than complains, because is free and only made for we have more fun with this game.
....and yet, this amateur people give us a lot of better fixes that Bethesda.
-
I know that, here in this forum no one can answer my questions that's why I post this feeling's in the official Bethesda forum, too.
It's only because I'm so frustrated where always they release a new patch/update my game suffers more damage than improves.
....and I'm not complaining I'm only try to understand why Bethesda with all resources and experience can't release an official fix update and we need to get the unofficial Skyrim patch, very well made, by Kivan ( Dark Creations ) like we had in Oblivion.
My complain its not about HD textures, its about the beta patchs/updates releases that give us a lot of bad game experiences.
Since the inicial version 1.1.21.0 they release 7 updates and only the 1.3.10.0 and 1.4.27.0 are stable the others makes more harm than good.
-
Since the release of Morrowind and Oblivion, Skyrim undoubtedly would expect the best RPG ever.
I remember the last year to see in forums is how people are anxious for the release of Skyrim, and hopes that Bethesda improve your game and take us in a unique journey in a unreal world of fantasy.
....and then comes 11.11.11 and the extasy of buy a new game and go running home to get to play it.
after some time playing we realise that this game had the same old same problems that the others Bethesda games had in its first releases:
- A lot of bugs -
But we don't care because there are forums who explaining how to fix or advance the Quest, and when they release the CK there is someone who made an unofficial fix to solve our problems.
....Well,..... the CK only comes in February, but in the meantime we've a lot of updates and patch's that in some cases they worsened rather than improved.
...and Bethesda give us a gift!!!: the High Resolution Texture Pack DLC - I install it, and my game drops the fps and some textures bugs appear.
Now we are in beta V.1.5.24.0 and a lot of people, like my self have CTD experiences, because conflicts with house mods??
Why Bethesda release these beta that cause more bugs then improvements.
I hope that Bethesda see what they're doing and release once and for all a final update that fix this problems.
I love this game and its the fourth time I'm playing with a new character, and hope this time not often have to resort to forums or UESPwiki to solve how advance or fix Bethesda bugs.

Have a look here for a guide - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=5299
The set position/angle commands can help to position things. I think that's used to create ingot stacks for example.
I think the usual thing also is as soon as it's placed, create a save game position to fix it. Might be some other thing to do as well, leave and return to test it maybe.
Thanks for the quick reply, I'll try this.

Is quite distressing trying to maintain an object in the correct position. In Oblivion was easier, sufficient grip the object at the top and it remained well, in Skyrim the object roll in the air.
Is very frustrating :yucky:
