Want to install performance mods but I don't want to disable achievments. I haven't really been following Fallout 4 news and stuff for some time, so pardon me if it's an obvious question.

For some reason the borderless screen isn't "centered" like it used to. Any fixes? I use the configuration tool but nothing there seems to help.
