I had myself crashes around 25 min of gameplay. I tried everything, tweaked d3d9.dll, tweaked ini files, processus priority, cleanmem, mod compatibility, use less mods... Only cleanmem helped by solving infinite loading screen. Your hardware can be good or even godlike, Skyrim will still manage memory like a derp. Anyway, there is a solution since a couple of months : SSME It will probably solve your problem, like it did in my case and in the case of many people complaining about constant crashes. I see you have some heavy scripted mods like Frostfall, you can test your script latency by using a tool provided by the mod Convenient Horses. Latency should be around 60ms. If it's above 100ms, that's not good and you can try to modify some values of skyrim.ini under [PAPYRUS] section : fUpdateBudgetMS and fExtraTaskletBudgetMS (mine are set at 50 instead of 1.2). I don't guarantee it will make the difference. I'm not new at Skyrim tweaking but I haven't found a lot of informations about Papyrus, only that "Papyrus cannot handle footprints, dynamic blood, dynamic shelter, etc together, it's too weak" and some tweaking without great explanations.
