[Looking for professional modder for custom Jill outfits]

I have a few custom outfit ideas for Jill which have not been done before. If you consider yourself a professional modder and can make basically any custom outfit then direct message me. I am willing to work out a price, and would probably want to see some of your prior work.
I have pics of what I have in mind, and will explain in detail.

[Audio clipping when turning fast]

Solved...I get little screwy spikes of distorted audio when I turn around, look around, run through an area quickly.. you get the idea... This is a new issue as of like a week ago, that I havent had before. I uninstalled all mods and its still there. My audio in windows is set to 24 bit 44100 hz like everyone suggests..

I have not downloaded any sound altering mods.. Dont know what the hell is going on.. My audio drivers are also up to date (or so they say..)

 

Any opinions?

 

Audio driver was infact out of date.
