yes vampires need to be rare but so much more in depth with a guild maybe or just a quest tree at least and then have the excess vampires be replaced by bandits and make the remaining ones much more powerful

i like the eruption spell idea those just have have struck me as epic, and maybe an ability to make atronaches stronger because frost atronoches arent even worth summoning, and then finally for scroll making it should require a soul gem corresponding to its level whether adept novice master etc.

bethesda could load it as an optional esp file in the data files so that children wouldn't turn it on but it could still be easily accessible to adults
