  1. I use the ebony set with a mage hood. My weapons are a small sword and shield. I always enhance them when i find those specific peices. I stick with the specifically because i like the look.
  2. TES:Arena or TES:Online. Both allow you to explore all of Tamriel.
  3. I don't like using companions either. I like all my battles to be a challenge. So i don't like them stealing my kills or getting in the way. But one of these days i might play a noncombat healer mage focused on supporting companions. Or maybe someone will make a mod that increases the amount of enemies based on the number of companions you have.
  4. What im hoping this mod does, is not just add a house builder, but the tools to make something bigger. I want a castle builder similar to the Suikoden games.
  5. Achievements are really nice if its for games that you are renting or borrowing. They encourage you to get the most out of the game before you return it. Thats what i use to do a couple years ago. Rent the game, finish it, get all the achievement, and return it for the next game.I had a lot of fun with games that i would have never thought of buying. The achievements are proof of my experience. I don't really do that for games i buy, since i have all the time in the world to finish them.
  6. I think it has to do with steam updating your workshop mods.
  7. I usually do ctrl-alt-dlt then press escape after i alt-tab back to skyrim.
  8. With Oblivion and Morrowind. I spent the first week or two almost exclusively downloading and troubleshooting mods. Then i just add more on as i go. I will admit, i don't hate that part of it. Troubleshooting mods is half the fun for me even if it means staying up two days in a row. But when i do get around to playing, the PC will give way more content thee the consoles. The best thing about the PC other then more content is how quickly bugs get eliminated by the community. There was this one bug in PS3 oblivion that made me completely give up on a 200+hour character.
  9. You could delete everything or suspected things in your data folder, then do a "Verify integrity of game cache" in steam to restore any vanilla things you deleted.
  10. download BOSS. It will arrange them for you.
