  1. The reinstall worked partially from what I was able to test. I chose to revert whenever possible, but now my Extended Dialogue Interface sometimes shows the default interface.
  2. Hello, after getting some missing textures in Fallout 4 from mod-added textures, I decided to "simply" reinstall all enabled mods. I did so by filtering for enabled, pressing ctrl+A and then clicking the "Reinstall" button on the bar. Now, first, Vortex failed to reinstall any mods that I installed from disk. IT'd be nice, if Vortex could reinstall those mods from disk as well. But mainly, I constantly got the "External Changes detected" dialogue. My first question is, is that that supposed to happen? Because it seems like it shouldn't. And my second question would be, should I choose to save the changes (delete file) or revert the changes (restore file)?
  3. Hello, I'd like to know if there is any mod that implements some sort of undo button. Just now I was scrapping some leaves with Scrap Everything in Sanctuary and I accidentially scrapped an NPC guard point, which I now can't replace. Is there something like this out there?

Hello, I cannot quite put it in words, but after playing Fallout 4 for quite some time, I get the feeling that all the NPCs and even the player character, if not edited much, looks weirdly similar, as if they'd be all from the same family. I'd like to ask if anyone else noticed this and if there are face presets that break this 'familiar-ness'.

Hi, I am tracking 9 pages worth of mods for Fallout 4 and it is quite hard to keep track of what types of mods I have already tracked and which ones I haven't (as there are many mods which do roughly the same thing). As such, I'd welcome a feature that lets me categorize my tracked mods, so that I can quickly check each category if I'm looking for a specific mod. For example, I could use a "Vertibird" category which holds all the mods I track that are revolving around the Vertibirds in Fallout 4. I certainly would welcome such a feature. I don't know how taxing that would be from a storage space perspective.

  8. Hello, I currently have the problem that all the windows of inaccessible houses are just plain white. The shadow map is still intact, but both windows and window frames are untextured. If anyone knows what mod causes this, I'd be happy if you could tell me.   9. A XDI patch would be MUCH appreciated. As XDI comes with an .ESM file, it is not that easy to just overwrite VGM's dialogue interface.
  10. Is it possible to change activatable items to require you to hold the activation button, instead of just pressing it? I ask because it happens way too often that I will sit down on a chair when I was just trying to loot stuff nearby.
  11. So I'd like to save my settlements with Transfer Settlements, or rather, I'd like to set up my load order in a way that allows me to use Transfer Settlements properly. The culprit are the dozen of mods adding items to my settlements. Transfer Settlements is saving them too, but if the loadorder is different on a different character, all those items added by mods will be lost. My question is how I can prevent that from happening as best as possible.

  13. The simple fact is that FO4 doesn't have a multiplayer, not because it would break the game, but because the engine couldn't handle it. You have to see the problem from a business perspective. You have ideas for hundreds of different mechanics, money for 20 and time for 10. And then you have to decide on which of your ideas you are going to spend your time on. Bethesda simply decided that a coop mod wouldn't be worth the time it would take to update the engine to properly support coop. And they are most likely right that a coop mod would've taken too many resources off of other stuff that made it into the game. But they wouldn't tell you that, because players have a tendency to gravely underestimate the time it would take to implement certain things. So they go with an argument that the players can't easily reject.
  14. The hairstyle was indeed very cool in my opinion, but if he'd change that too, then he'd be right back where he started. I will keep my current file and override any newer version with the one I have now. So I can keep the current VaultGirl and have a SPECIAL screen that atleast looks similar. The updated smile is very cool tho.
  15. I like the smile of "shadman's" vault girl the most. I personally really do not associate that style with shadman's art, but with this mod. Shadman's art leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.
