Hello, I saw a mod made for Jill Valentine that turned her hair red when you put her on Regina mod outfit from Dino Crisis, and that truly excited me on how it looked so I felt like asking if anyone of the modders can actually make one and make her hair blue, that's probably the only wish I would love to see it happen in this game lol.

Dead Enemies do re-spawn everytime someone appears to the area, as that kinda refreshes the game, people been doing that to somehow re-spawn the glowing enemies in nuked areas for example, kill all possible glowing enemies, relog to server, and bam all the dead enemies back to life, repeat.

Good luck, I hope you really make it, as there are few hairstyles I would love to use in Fallout 76 from my Fallout 4 as well.
