It happens when I have no texture mods installed whatsoever. That being said, I think it might be likely that I am running out of VRAM. Without any mods installed at all, including ENB's, there are very rare times when icons for items don't load in the inventory screen because my HDD doesn't read in time. The game doesn't lag at all during those times, though. I do find it odd that I would run out of VRAM on a game like Dark Souls because of textures. I play Skyrim with over 100 mods installed using 2k textures on near everything and using an ENB and I don't experience hangs quite like this.

As the title says, I can easily run an ENB with my rig at 60 fps constant, but for some reason every couple of minutes I get random half second freezes or hangs. It's like a sudden burst of lag or something and it can happen at any time, whether I'm just jogging around Majula or I'm fighting multiple enemies with explosions going off around me. The situation does not seem to matter. Does anyone know how to fix this or what causes this? I would be very grateful for some help on this issue. Also, my rig for reference: AMD FX 8150 @ 3.8GHz Nvidia GTX 670 2GB Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2133 MSI 970A - G46 ATX AM3+ 2 Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200 RPM HDD's Rosewill 550 ATX12V / EPS12V

So I was playing Skyrim just fine, multiple days in a row for the past few days. Now all of the sudden when I go to play, the mouse won't move the in-game cursor. The game isn't detecting my mouse I think. My keyboard works fine, but the mouse just won't move the cursor or the camera. I have tons of mods installed, but the last time I played the game was completely stable. All I have done since then was install a few mods: No Sneak Attack Sound , Safety Load , and Better Dialogue Controls. I've uninstalled them, but that made no difference. I've tried searching for a fix to this, but I can't find anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The drake sword is such a good sword but it's just so ugly. It'd be cool if someone could make a high-res version or change colors or something Thanks

I was wondering if anyone could possibly add new havok bones to capes or armors to make a pseudo-fabric effect. Maybe someone could use the physics on the CHSBHC body. Cherry created physics-affected bones, so i think why not capes. unless it just looks weird. Anyways, i think this would be a must have mod if someone were to create it. I would, but i know absolutely nothing about 3d modeling.

Hey, i would like if someone out there who knows what they're doing could convert the animations from this oblivion mod to skyrim http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=32572 I'd do it myself, but i have no idea how..I've tried. Thank you so much if anyone decides to do this. I really want the idles out of it and I'm sure some skyrim players who also played oblivion and had this mod would also like to have it in skyrim as well.

I don't like the terrible vanilla animations and holster for dual wielding. I mean, where does the other sword go??! If any modders are interested I think it'd be cool if someone put weapon holsters on the player's back for the swords and axes and such. And of course an accompanying animation would be nice as well :) would really love to see this done. i bet it'd make front page

Ok. so I've been playing skyrim for a while now and just learned about the ENB patch. I installed it because i had no fire effects and such. When i updated to the latest version it was working okay but then all of the sudden, extreme lag happened making the game unplayable =[ . My pc specs are sufficient to play the game obviously because I've played it for a couple months now and never had any framerate issues. I just can't figure out what is causing this lag. I'm getting like literally 6 FPS. Does anyone know anything i could do to fix this? Here are my pc specs just in case it helps: AMD phenom II n660 dual core processor 3.00 GHz 6 GB DDR3 RAM Windows 7 64-bit ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 series graphics It's a laptop, although a fairly good one. Any help would be appreciated
