I do have the very same problems here. texture mods and so on aren't working, soooometimes an easy mod like some internal pip boy mods for sorting your stuff are working but that's it. I'll try those 2 solutions out and reply here. Thanks for your help though. Edit: i've searched through the path but there is no nnm dat. file I also installed and deinstalled about 50 mods now.

is the folder read only ?
