[Looking for mod that has underwear]

Basically, I want everyone to have lore friendly underwear under their armor or clothes so that it appears when you loot their corpses. I'd also settle for something that switches body type on death (from nude to nevernude for both male and female). Is there anything like this? I've seen smalls and Equippable underwear but they don't seem to work very well at all.

I know there's a mod out there that has gunshots totally silenced, but I just want one where I can add a silencer to my pistol. I would even be satisfied if it was just a name and mechanic change without an accompanying model change. If anyone can do this or tell me how to do this, I'd be very thankful.
