Facts are such a bother aren't so let's check some. MF is not banned from this site. It can return at anytime. The author has chosen not to come back here because of attitudes like yours. When the author was informed that some of the assets he was told he had permission to use were in fact rips the mod was pulled. The author also pulled the mod from beth.net at the same time by choice. The assets were removed and a quest was undertaken to verify in writing permissions for all remaining assets. The Nexus site staff was very polite and helpful in this process but after the mod was reupload to Beth and the authors inbox overflowed with requests, questions, comments, etc. there seemed no point in dealing with all the uninformed prejudice here.

Your definition of a friend and mine are very different. I gladly help my friends out. When they win something, I am happy for them. I don't stand there with my hand out asking for my share. I feel sorry for you, it must get lonely being so alone. I'm also done now arguing on the internet. No one wins and I always feel dumber for trying.

Reading comprehension seems to be a lost art. From the contest rules: "By entering the Contest, Entrants represent and warrant that they have obtained all of the rights, licenses, and permissions in writing from any person who may have helped create the Entry (or from an appropriate parent/legal guardian if any such person(s) is considered a minor in their eligible country of residence);" As it was Nvida that picked the finalists for their own contest, I would assume they checked to make sure what they were picking was following their own rules. Several of the mods picked seem to have credits, thank yous, etc. and this is certainly far from the first contest of this sort they have run.

I think what people fail to realize is that the MF Mod author is a non native english speaker. When they go to bed dreaming up botnet conspiracy theories, Asia is waking up and voting. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12377/? Just found it myself. The radio station part I guess is ok if I was ever to use the in game radio. The companion part however is super well done. The voice acting / recording fits so well into the game you'd never know it was not Beth who put it in.

Because I hate public lynchings when people don't have the details I'll share what I do and don't know. Posts like "he stole" and "no effort such effort was made" are in my eyes incorrect and totally unjustified slander. I'm not the author, nor do I have access to what if any conversations that he has had with the Nexus. It is however my understanding that the author(s) sought out permission and gave credit for all content used. I believe now the issue is that the Nexus thinks some of those people might not have been legally able to give give those permissions. Digital copyright law and the rabbit hole that "public domain" can become aside, it is my understanding that an effort is currently being made to reconfirm usage permissions from content creators and remove/replace any content that is suspect. The mod will return, if it returns to Nexus or not are up to both the author and those running this site.
