Never mind I found it out on my own

So basically like the question says I want to know how the vampire spells(Reign of Terror, Embrace of Shadows, Vampire's Seduction) get added to the character when they become a Vampire I want to add more vampire spells to the game Any help would be appreciated

Ok so after further testing I installed OBMM and OBSE and then I installed the "ancient towers" mod and it worked just fine. no crashes no bugs it was perfect, I haven't tried uninstalling it nor have I tried other mods out of fear of breaking my game again Edit: just uninstalled it and didn't get any "access is denied" popups, also I redirected my archive with the invalidation thing, I usually don't use that utility

Yes, I'm the only one using this computer and was setup as Admin by default, I should probably clarify that, the folder is read-only but the files aren't

windows 10, doesn't matter its the same problem from my other post just, I kind of have an Idea on the other post and it's clearer, couldn't find out how to delete posts

I have the latest patch and had OBSE installed

So after viewing the properties for my c:/Games/Steam/steamapps folder I saw that it was a read only file and when I went to un-check the read-only box it loaded in the changed but then I went to see the properties again and it had read-only enable again, the same was true with another backup file on my computer and even with a random file I created for no reason whatsoever

So I recently got a new computer and before I had been playing oblivion fine with like 28 mods on it but now installing just 1 mod seems to break the data folder, I lose pretty much all access to the folder and so does everything else (OBMM) and I really makes no sense to me, I used all of the mods I'm trying to install on my old computer so it couldn't be bad mods. I'm running the latest update of windows 10 64 bit

So I tried installing oblivion to the C:/Games, but that didn't help anything I'm really like deathly in love with this game and would appreciate any help

could it possibly be caused by having Oblivion installed in the Program Files (86x) folder?

So I had mods installed to oblivion with OBMM and was running it fine but when I went to do a live stream I disabled all like 9 of them and when i tried to leave OBMM i got like an error that said something like: Access is denied, so I used the task manager to close it and went to uninstall oblivion when it was done I tried deleting the remaining folders and files that steam didn't and got, "You need permission from 'computer name\user' to access this file" but I'm the only user on this PC and I'm an administrator this has happened twice and I already formatted my computer to fix it the first time, does anyone know what the hell is happening

If you downloaded through steam then it should be C:\Program files (86x)\steam\steamapps\common\oblivion
