I'm attempting to make a custom radio for New Vegas and as a test I'm using five songs before putting the whole amount in. I've already encountered a problem. Each song plays twice before going on to play the next song twice, and so on. Hello, I might get one of the Elder Scrolls games for PC or XBox 360. I had Morrowind a few years back (before the XBox 360 even came out). The XBox I played it on died so I didn't get to play it for too long. But here's my question, should I get Morrowind, Oblivion, or just wait for Skyrim to come out? And should I get whichever game for PC or XBox 360?

For this mod, can I easily rename the radio station and add/edit songs through the GECK, or am I going to have to use some program that comes with the mod?

I'm sick of listening to Old West music over and over again and I miss the Galaxy News soundtrack. I'm not a very proficient modder, in fact I haven't created a single working mod yet, so I'm hoping for someone to make a Galaxy New's station for New Vegas from scratch. Having the talking part isn't necessary, just the music. Thanks if you manage to do this!
