i am looking for this exact same thing for my Raistlin playthrough. Sadly my knowledge is limited to creating weapons and armor mods i have no clue how to do hairs or wigs. -
i need a talented modder to create a mage hood that shows hair underneath. This is essential for my Raistlin character! Even if its just a wig i would be more than happy with it.

i second this, there were some decent mando style armors for fallout 4 i woudlnt think it would be a huge project to port them
