Hi, I have now been modding for a while. I cannot say I am an expert but I have tested countless things. After a long learning period I have finally managed to get a "solid" skyrim with something like 180 mods. Here comes the BUT... For some reason, after playing for a certain period of time the FPS count starts dropping little by little. I process a clean save and then use a save cleaner to clean references. I then move on to making sure my load order is right, go over the TESV edits, etc... but nothing works. Every time I have to do a clean install of skyrim. Luckily I just need to re-enable all my mods. But what a pain this is..... I too have fairly good hardware and it looks like Skyrim just looses it after some time. Even a Skyrim without mods go nuts after a while and Saves is the perfect example. If anyone got some good advice I'll take it!
