  1. So replacing the egt didn't mimic the effect I needed. Thank you for clearing up the past 4 hours of my life but alas the fruits were for naught. If any other solutions come to mind, I would love to hear them but please don't stress any more than either of you have to.
  2. I've tried many combinations but none appear to be working. In Meshes\Characters\BodyAssetOverrides\PerRace\F\... Head_F.egt Synx_Head_F.egt Head_Synx_F.egt Synx_F.egt Just to name a few. Is this egt file supposed to be replacing an egt file that already exists?
  3. If I'm only trying to mimic the effect of turning "bFaceGenTexturing" off, will I only need the egt file or will I need the dds and egm files as well? Edit: How did you get the heads working with the races? If you haven't tried them with a custom race, could I get the base for a standard race? The readme is very confusing and the combinations I'm trying aren't working.
  4. I've checked your discussion with Striker but I'm still befuddled as to what to name the file for my PC. I see your success at changing an npc but am too ignorant to transfer that success to my character.
  5. Since the topic is already being discussed, how would I go about disabling the face texturing but only for my character?
  6. Oh dear, I might have found how the issue arose in the first place. For my synx race, it was recommended that I turn "bFaceGenTexturing" off. I did that and forgot about it. It would seem that turning that off creates the neck seam issue. Oops.
  7. Wow, now I get to see this game as how it should be. Thanks for all the help Ike, couldn't have done it without you. Anything else you need to tell me before I dive back in?
  8. So if I use EVE for the "Outfits and Equipments replacers" I shouldn't install the upper and lower bodies that come with it? Forgive the ignorant question but I needed to make sure. Edit: Also, what BBB mods would you recommend using with this fresh installation?
  9. So story is, I installed seamless heads for nuska's OCOv2 and the results did not line up. After troubleshooting and much discussion with more knowledgeable people, I've decided to do a clean install and only the bare essentials for the mod to work. I'm starting this discussion with a clean oblivion install, latest patch (1.2.0.416), OBSE, Wrye Bash, and OBMM installed. I'll be returning at 8pm (EST) to hash it out. Hopefully the ambiguously gay duo (Ike and Striker) will be available by then. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For those interested, these are my old installers and load order. 10. So I actually had this problem and managed to find a solution. Haven't seen any adverse effects yet. Delete the folder CW_sexy_sit from your ".../Oblivion/Data/meshes/characters/_male/idleanims" folder I'm pretty sure it gets rid of females' sitting animations but that's a small price to pay for female guards + working heads.
