You don't need any perks, all you need is one settlement with 10 or more population. You can cheese this with the console if you own any full settlement workshop;

Then take the up arrow dialogue options:

^ People Getting Sick

^ Vault Suit

^ Work for me

 

 

Ok since you seem like a very knowledgeable person I have a question as well. I have the Vault Tec rep an he will do nothing but sit around Sanctuary. I have tried multiple times to assign him to a workshop with no avail. Any Ideas ??

[Need some help]

I have a mod that turns boston airport into a fully functional settlement. In saying that I would like to use bos personnel to guard that settlement. Is there a way to make spawned bos into guards. I can spawn them in but the commands to make the minutemen into guards doesn't work for the bos. Is there a way to accomplish this ?? For the minutemen I used the console commands addkeyword workshopallowcommand & addkeyword workshopallowmove. Adding these console commands for the minutemen makes them commandable like settlers.

I was using his mod homeplate & Diamond city lite ver 1.3 but my computeer crashed an lost the copy of the mod that i had and would like to geet another copy of it. If someone knows him personally can u plz ask him to repost it or send me a copy or if someone has a copy plz let me know. Ty
