    Hello, I've thought of a small idea for a mod I would like to try to make also I'm completely new at this but If it's possible, can you add Voice to a armor, guns or even Power Armor? To be more precise, like the Ebony Blade, Lady of Whispers talking to you after making more and more kills, in F3 the Medic Power Armor, FNV Stealth armor, K9000 etc. something like that. If yes, can someone give me tips to get myself on the right track? Thank You!
