Just killing him isn't any fun. You have to spend an hour crawling through the jungle to hold him up three times. That way you get his gun.

Survival of the Fittest is the best damage/survival mod. Very low file size, but a very excellent mod. Just type it into the search bar. For accuracy, try "Auto Aim Fix". I'm not sure what exactly it's called.

Well, Vault City was annexed by the NCR profligates. So I imagine it is no were near as prosperous as it once was. It is more than likely a slum. The tech will be long since used up and destroyed, and all of the natural resources like water and food have been depleted due to the NCR's incompetence. So if you make a crater in the ground and call it Vault City, I'd agree with you.

Well, both Russia and China are or used to be communists. So that may explain something.

Yes, but if you read the Fallout 2 intro, it specifically says all other countires were reduced to ash and continents were swallowed beneath the ocean. But why are we arguing again? I'm done. Long story short: the mod is fine. I'll play it if it is done.

Would someone be able to create The End's Ghillie Suit and tranquilizer Mosin Nagant? I would really appreciate it. I'd probably never use anything else.

There is racist perks. Look up "Dree Perks". Everything else sounds like another Fable game, which would make Fallout worse each entry. Lol.
