Can someone please fix this, i can't play without these mods and the game becomes unplayable due to runtime errors. Every time i level up or try to distribute my point i get a runtime error especially when i'm wearing a power armor, I've disabled all my mods and find out it was PPA that was causing the runtime error, I also remember reading about this issue on the Revamped leveling discussion page, one user said that it was caused by PPA making fake level ups and that removing player.setlevel command gets rid of this problem, however i have zero knowledge on scripting so i don't know how to solve this problem.

When i try to download the GECK from the offical website here http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php?title=Main_Page it just redirects me to https://bethesda.net/ and the download doesn't start, this also happen for NV GECK and the 1.5 Update. I've tried to disable IDM and using different browsers but it still doesn't work. Is there anyway that i could download the GECK? I've had the GECK and it was working fine but then i decided to do a complete reinstall to FO3 and now i'm here.
