Months ago I uninstalled all the mods and instead of doing it properly as I should be (one by one deleting) I went to the game's NMM mods file and deleted them that way. I uninstalled Fallout 4 since I stopped playing and needed some space and when I recently came back, re-installed the game and a few fresh mods, launching the game I still have the mods that I used to have and now everything is a mess. I deleted NMM also, but still have the mods in the plugins tab all it lets me to do is disable these plugins, but even so the mods are still in effect ish. Long story short, everything is a mess. How do I actually delete the supposedly deleted mods? I hope I was understood.

I have disabled all of my mods, verified cache, restarted my PC, and re-downloaded the game. My game used to work just fine till last night.

When I click "Download with manager" the website just reloads and does nothing even if I use the "Download manually". Anti-virus off even the firewall, used the website as admin, used firefox.

So uhhh soon right?

Mod list all from Nexusmod : ENB Real vision ENB CBBE << best mod btw CL Cities Whiterun CoT Grass Field Guard Dialogue Immersive HUD Interesting NPCs SkyUI Skyrim HD 2k Enhanced Camera ALL Unofficial skyrim patches <====> I did not listed my FULL mod list because it would've been too long of a list instead here I listed the mods that I THINK is causing these problem. >> Fixed the first two problems, turned out I needed all unofficial skyrim patches including legendary and non legendary at the same time, but still says "The old Unofficial Skyrim/dragonborn patch is still installed. Please remove this as it will damage your game!!!" but if I do take these off the problems will come back and these mods ARE up to date. Fixing Crash upon building and opening map replaced it with a new and frustrating problem (random crashes) I have been trying to fix my game all day long and BOI!! Am I tired of doing this bs. Modding my game and making sure none of them messes up my game is so hard to do. Aside from the bugs in-game modding the game is A LOT more difficult like the ENB how do I use it? How do I make sure it's working? Plus I have annoying bugs and glitches in my game right now like NPCs moving before they can even finish their speech and I have been looking around the internet to fix this, but I hope non of my mods are doing this and I don't wanna go one by one and checking which mod is causing it. In conclusion I need help with : ENB and how to make sure it's working FOV appearing to be magnified even tho it's not (or maybe it's not, but it feels like it) NPCs not finishing their speeches These problems made me stop playing Fallout 4 for 5 months and made me rage quit. Please help a poor man trying to get back and play Fallout 4 again help me enjoy the game again.

I have been downloading mod, but problems are 99.9% expected and right now I am having that chance. For some reason weapon rack mod won't detect that I have Better Item sorting mod and making my game crash over and over again. Anyone got an idea how to fix or what the problem is? TY
