Recreating Fallout 3 in the Fallout 4 Creation Engine?

TES renewal Project are Putting Morrowind into the skyrim engine (Which is also the same engine for fallout 4) and seeijng as Morrowind came out in 2002 I think that would be much more work. SO yes I think If there was a dedicated team behind it would be possible to "Port" Fallout 3 or new Vegas into the newer engine.
