i was having the same problem and, through massive trial and error, have got past the error message that appears saying the exe file is not active. i had to extract the file using winrar, activate the patcher, recompress it, and re-add it to NMM. i hope this helps a little maybe you'll have better luck than i did. BUT, the problem is not over. though i got past all the error messages and the mod says that it is acivating properly, it is not. neither sheild nor dual sheath have worked. i spent hours fighting with this for the sole fact that this mod addresses one of the most major immersion prblems i have had with this game so please anyone who can help get this thing working PLEASE reply thank you
