What defines masculine and feminine is greatly influenced by culture, religion/ideology even in linguistics.
- Like the list above that you expose your own belief in what is defined as M or F.
If I where to use your analogy "The game"; The game is a open sandbox of hundreds of different gamers in which "the game" isn't defined but a interpretation done by the players. The players therefor define the supposed "flaw" within "the game" and the standards of M and F, but as the players don't have the same measurement nor the same definition of "flaw" - making "the game" undefined in a intercultural zone like lets say the internet.

I remember the frustration and relief roller-coaster I've had with games like tomb raider, Wargods or with Lost World.
My fave series has to be Syphon Filter 1-3, it's truly epic.
There's also a mystique with the psx games, like all the regional games in japan or simply the ones who never made it out to a bigger market. Thank great Odin that there are emulators these days.

Hell yeah, it had that neat design, mood and a epic story that also were in the game second sight
I guess it was one in line with the "early" video game developers (in the Xbox/Ps2 era) that gave games a fresh wind in the industry like naughty dog, Acclaim etc (Insomniac still being alive).

I doubt we'll outlive anything, here in Sweden we had the warmest winter for a longtime - its been like a week of 1-3 cm snow.
