BUG: Companions' Quest 'Blood's Honor' will not start.

2019 and still having this problem. Nothing is working. Can't get Aela to send met to Kodlak, can't get quest from Kodlak, console commands don't work to make the quest start, no radiant quests at glenmoril coven, don't have the quest to get a helm for the jarl of Whiterun. Have Unofficial Patch for Skyrim Special Edition installed 4.20. At my wit's end as I am a werewolf and there is no cure other than the companion's questline, plus I want to finish it as it is the only questline I can't finish in the whole damn game. So frustrated. Anyone know a fix for this problem? -
CTDing in RIFTEN - Too many mods, perhaps?

I also got rid of Skyrim Performance Plus, and Riften is holding up for the moment. But if there are any other textures I don't need, let me know. -

Yes, I am using mod organizer, LOOT, Wrye Bash, and TE5edit. My mod list is fine in all of those. And please tell me which mods you think I need to get rid of. Thank you! -
Hi, I am new to modding up Skyrim, and Riften is CTDing on me. I have 225 plugins, the most I've ever had, and I got them using S.T.E.P. for the first time. So, I'm wondering if there are plugins I should get rid of. I think I might have too many textures, but I'm not sure. Here is my modlist: I have an Alienware computer with Windows 7 64 bit, 8 gb's of RAM, an Intel Core i7 2600K CPU @ 3.40GZ, and a NVidia GeForce GTX 660 ti video card. I have looked at other discussions and forums about this and haven't found an answer yet. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I don't know what to do. I did the Bloodmoon questline first, then decided to do Raven Rock. Carnius Magius keeps telling me to see Falco about a problem at Raven Rock. Falco will not tell me about Hroldar the Strange so I can do the "A Blocked Door" quest, and Hroldar is there blocking the door and won't talk to me. Falco keeps telling me to bring stahlrim to Graring. I already have a full suit of stahlrim armor and every stahlrim weapon made from Graring's two friends. I can't advance in the Raven Rock quests. Anyone ever have this problem? How do I solve it?
