  1. In the Fallout games (3, NV, and 4) pip-boys freeze time when used. Although players use that to their advantage in dangerous situations, it is unimmersive. I think it would be more of a challenge if the pip-boy wouldn't pause the game when entered. And, frankly, I want to be able to play the pip-boy mini-games to pass time to wait for the crops to be harvestable and to wait for shops to open in the morning. I believe that, in vanilla, mini-games seem pointless if you can't use them as an alternative to waiting.
  2. That would take a while because modders would potentially have to find the voice actors (or at least impressionists). Hard, but possible nonetheless.
  3. In Fallout Shelter, vault dwellers could be sent out into the wasteland to look for weapons, armor, and stuff like that. Settlers in Fallout 4 should have the ability to be sent out into the Commonwealth to salvage loot for the settlement. I think it would be cool if we could send out a group of settlers who would stick together and bring back even more goods, and with a mod like Mortal Settlers, sending out a group of settlers would prove more logical than sending out only one settler.
  4. I don't know if there is a mod for this or not, but I would like to see NPCs surrender to higher level NPCs. For example, I want to see a raider get on his knees before a sentry bot. I know there is already a retreat mechanic in the game, but an NPC surrendering to another would seem much more dramatic.
