  1. Shadow, having left to the CIC made preparations for departure, leaving the group alone with the armory officer "So, since engineering is the closest deck to us, why don't we start there?" he asked holding out his hand for th others to enter the elevator first "I'm sure the two of you will find a nice home in the core area." he finished, the statement directed at the quarians, knowing their affinity for engineering.
  2. Shadow nodded "James!" "Already on it Sir. We'll be at the Shrike abyssal in an hour and a half." Shadow smiled, and stepped out of the shuttle, and onto his ship. It was always nice being back home after a mission. Walking up to the elevator he spoke some words with the armory officer, who agreed to give the newcomers a tour. "I'll be in sickbay if you need me." he told the three, taking the elevator up
  3. "Alright." Shadow nodded "The Shrike Abyssal it is then." he replied the ship lurching to a stop as it came to rest in the shuttle bay "There isn't anything anyone has to take care of on the Citadel?"
  4. OOC ~ SR2, all Normandy-class ships got an upgrade when the alliance studied the original Normandy. BIC ~ Shadow nodded "So there isn't a thing they can pick up from it, alright. Next order of business, Noah, you said your friend was where?"
  5. Shadow gave an approving nod to Noah "Nothing they can possibly salvage from the wreckage?"
  6. "Miranda said she had to leave, but that doesn't stop us from contacting her." he responded as the shuttle closed, and they continued on their way to the Vancouver "I'll have to inform Admiral Hackett of the change of plans. He might have a specific job for us first, though." Shadow looked to the pilot, who sent word ahead to the Normandy-class ship hanging opposite the citadel, from the ship that named the class. "I'll send scavenging teams while we wait for our orders, I'll make your ship, Vael, Hari, top priority to acquire. I know how quarian engeneering is some of the best in the galaxy, If Cerberus gets their hands on your ship, they will increase the effectiveness of their ships. I know you know it could also be of a danger to the flotilla as well. If you wish to oversee the process, Just ask. The teams should be more then happy to take you."
  7. "When you do get recalled, I'll be willing to lend the Vancouver to the flotilla." Shadow replied "Anyone else?"
  8. "Alright Everyone." Shadow replied standing up Any who are willing to leave, do so now. If your going to grab anything, I'll send a shuttle to pick you up. This is the last chance to opt out. If we assume this course of action, then there will be no turning back."
  9. "I doubt there is anything she would want more then to see Cerberus taken down. Aside from the Reaper threat removed, of course." Shadow replied "It may not be as valuable as a personal item, but for damn sure she would appreciate you helping to wipe them from the face of the galaxy."
  10. "So are we all agreed then?" Shadow asked "Are we attempting to strike back at Cerberus?"
  11. "she has reason to deal with Shepard." Shadow said, staying quiet up until now "He is our last hope. I don't think there is anyone else who can unite the races like he is capable of. Aria recognizes this, and uses it to her advantage. She knows that regardless on whether or not she has Omega, the reapers will come, and they will destroy the station. Unless, Shepard stops them. As for Cerberus... Best we can do, right now that is, are precision strikes. Hit them where it hurts most. Mainly, cut off their funding. Can't buy the equipment for your weapons if you don't have the funds. Miranda, you know most of the code to access their network of donors, correct? Didn't you use them for Lazarus?"
  12. Shadow shrugged "I'll be fine. More or less. I'll recover."
  13. "Since when have you known me to listen to everyone else?" Shadow laughed "I've probably gotten every single higherup who's dealt with me angry at least once because I won't use accepted strategy." his laugh dropped to a slight chuckle "Until they saw the results, that is."
  14. "I doubt the council is in much trouble. Although if Udina is the cause of this, I remember seeing him every now and then entering Huerta to talk with an alliance soldier there. I never paid attention at the time, but I'm kinda wishing I did now." Shadow replied "As for what I was doing there, well, occasionally my Biotics like to tear me apart at the cellular level. Only thing keeping me alive is it's usage, within reason, and asari treatments. I might be sitting in medbay for a week or more because of that little stunt I pulled with the atlas." he sighed "regardless right now we need to focus on regrouping, and that involves getting the hell outta here, and to the Vancouver in one piece. Other then that we can only speculate on what the good Spectre is doing."
  15. "Get us outta here!" Shadow called the door sliding shut just as the troopers were getting back on their feet. Only then did he allow himself to relax, slumping into a seat beside Miranda and attempting to shake off the feeling of being sick. "That little stunt cost me a year or two I know it..." he mumbled to himself looking at his hand as a micro singularity formed in it, dissipating seconds afterwards, he was going to need a lot of rest to recover from today. He couldn't maintain a stable singularity field as he was right then. No matter though, once back on the Vancouver, he'll grab something to eat and drink, and attempt the singularity again. "James..." "Yes, Lieutenant?" "What's the Status on the Normandy?" "She's currently holding position, not doing much outside of making sure her stealth systems are running, Mr. Moroe suggested going to combat alert, just in case. I was more then happy to comply." "And the Vancouver?" "Waiting for your orders, sir." "See if you can contact C-sec, get us patched into their channels." "Aye." "Alright, everyone. My Flight Lieutenant is trying to get into C-Sec channels. We're going to take a small break on the Vancouver then, if C-sec needs us to help retake the citadel, then we will be at their disposal, Any objections?"
