  1. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/774 - Killable Children. If you are feeling merciful towards that little sh** you can simply beat her face in a couple times, but I already murdered her in her sleep. Now are you afraid of your elders little girl? Or you can threaten to hurt her or send her to an orphanage if she continues bullying Lars. That brought me so much joy. ...Am I am a bad person?
  2. Why is it that some of the most popular mods for Bethesda games I have seen over the years have been those of an Erotic Nature? This is rhetorical, my intent is not to offend or belittle those who enjoy erotic content. I simply wonder what others thoughts are on the matter and I wish to express my own and spur discussion. :) What is the typical age group of erotic mod users? Having grown up playing and modding the following: Morrowind when I was 11-14, Oblivion when I was 15-17, Fallout 3 and New Vegas when I was 17-20 and now Skyrim 20-21 I can reflect on my personal experience on my perference for various mods. :psyduck: I can say I was mostly interested in using cheat, houses and city mods and such when I was young playing Morrowind. Eventually I discovered mods of an erotic nature and being a young teenager with raging hormones  , they were very appealing to me. This carried through while playing Oblivion as I continued to go through puberty and was largely interested in things of a sexual nature as I am sure most mid-aged teenagers can attest to. However by the time I was playing Fallout New Vegas I simply lost interest in erotic mods as my sexuality began maturing and I felt more compelled to play the games the way Lore intended them to be. Now playing Skyrim I have absolutely no interest at all in using mods of an unrealistic or erotic aesthetic. I don't like turning my game into an erotic fashion show  , I find myself enjoying the way the setting was intended by the designers and thus I dislike using mods that conflict with lore now as well. :geek: Anyone else have similar experiences growing up? I feel that the majority of erotic mod users are in fact under the age of 18. While this is speculation, I draw this from my personal experience growing up with this modding community and playing Bethesda games from preteen to young adult. Teenagers simply are more likely to compromise the games' immersion and strong story telling in favor of eroticism and surrealism due to the novel factor of nudity and sexual immaturity. Is over-indulgence in virtual eroticism a bad thing? Not trying to hate here, but I believe that those who indulge excessively in the use of sexual and erotic mods and more especially those that create unrealistic representations of the female (or male) body are either teenagers or sexually frustrated adults. Not going all Freudian here ( btw I'm in grad school for psychology) but I feel like venting sexual energy through a video game is mentally unhealthy. Because sexual libido is such a powerful energy, it can be dangerous to create associations with unrealistic portrayals of eroticism, not to mention the fluctuating emotional entropy created from a lack of any social connection with objects of lust, in other words: excessive lusting over imaginary characters  can lead to emotional chaos in real world relationships  , be it sexual or friendly. In Conclusion: I'm lazy and cannot recall nor do I wish to draw my sources for this information, but rest assured much of what I say is based on empirical data, I have read many a study on this subject and it is to be my final dissertation in graduate school. Still I can appreciate artists' fine work and I guess some people just love to turn everything in Bethesda games into an unrealistic yet beautiful and overly-erotic setting. But know that you can be playing with fire and you ought to consider being more engaged in gratifying real-life sexual relationships. But for teenagers (and a lesser extent , young adults) it is quite normal to be obsessed with eroticism during a time of sexual development. But take caution you so called sexually mature individuals 21 and up. To those of you I say: read 50 Shades of Grey, spank it at most once a day, find a partner that will allay, your sexual frustration and dismay, then play games the proper way. :hurr:
  3. Thank you for your input! It is greatly constructive! Seriously though, you sound like an ***, you're basically saying that his problem is irrelevant because it doesn't affect you. Just because someone gives less than helpful criticism doesn't mean you get to break the rules and become what you called him. Lucky you...you get a warning. Everyone else, Please try to be more helpful.~Lisnpuppy
