There are a few quests that don't trigger until you get to a certain level because the rewards for those quests are usually ebony/daedric. This is so you don't become too powerful early on. It'd be pretty ridiculous if you'd be running around with the Ebony Blade or Mehrunes Razor at level 3.
I get that... but it doesn't exactly answer what I asked... I'm at level 50... if anything that quest should already be triggerable... but it doesn't... the game doesn't seem to regonize my level

I have no idea if I posted the original topic in the right area since no reply has happened to it, so I'll try here... sorry if this isn't the right thing to do, I just want a answer to I can return to my normally schedualed Skyrim modding broadcast
Problem: I used console commands to get back to the level I was originally at before I purged my play through due to modding issues ( haven't we all XD ) but I noticed that certain quests aren't triggering (like Cursed Tribe) any clue on how to trigger them? Or is there a legit way to console command my level to get the game to consider a real level up?
(Original post below)

So I got a question cause I actually do want to do this proper while still exploiting the game slightly...
So I used a batch file to get my character to level 50 and have all skills (I'm just sandboxing skyrim for fun) but I came across an issue where certain quests I can't get started like "The Cursed Tribe" for some reason... was it because of the batch file using setav player level as a command? There anyway to actually bypass this to make the game actually count the level up?

Yhea... Me again... funny story... Was happily playing through my Skyrim game and suddenly ran into THIS
(I did shrink the photo but you should ovbiously know what your looking at here)
was standing in Darkwater Den - Argonian themed home by Elianora and just saw that walking in... Should I be scared? this is the only instance ive seen that giant mark in my game, havent seen it anywhere else at all.
and could I just uninstall the mod and go on with my save or should I clean save and start over again >.>
Havent seen any notiable issues caused by this either

After hours of reinstalling mods.... im happy to say... I FIXED IT!
Thank you all who helped me out in my troubles, your advice helped
currently switched to AFT and I also removed BBLS (I want to believe that was giving me the follower issue since It has follower commands also, who knows if reinstalling did the trick also)
While I can't say what caused the issue in the first place, im just glad I can get back to my happy skyrim modding self
-
in a nutshell this is what Im talking about... They all still have the active check but in the plugin tag only whats mentioned in the post above is whats there
(The game, the updates etc, only 5 things)
So i just reinstall my mods and go about my day right?
-
Okay so currently leaning towards AFT after looking it over, now on to the tedious/fun part... so looking at my NMM (its what I use ovbiously) I was expecting to have to hunt down every mod again but ive noticed they are all still there and they all have the green check next to them, does that mean they were still installed? or do I just do the whole "Reinstall" option when I right click it? i just want to verify before I break something again -.-

Ok, before you go reinstalling everything, did you change anything about your load order before you started your new game? If so, what?
From my personal experience, I've found UFO to be the least desirable follower overhaul to use, AFT and EFF are much better, so maybe consider that.
I agree with saurusmaximus: I didn't get happy with UFO either. Problem is: Changing follower management mods during a playthrough is risky. You might screw up your save game. I wouldn't recommend switching to EFF or AFt / iAFT, if you care about your save game.
Another thing regarding followers: From my experience, script heavy followers with lots of custom options and quests should be loaded AFTER your follower management mod (UFO, AFT, EFF), standard followers on the other hand should be loaded BEFORE follower management mods. Don't rely on LOOT, when it comes to followers. So putting UFO further down in your load order might be worth a try - if it really is a follower related problem.
Looking at your load order, I see a lot of script heavy mods (among other things like "BBLS" and "blowing in the wind" all that stuff from LL) and also some mods adding a lot of animations. You might have reached the point, where crashes on load due to simple "memory overload" become an issue. Check out "Continue game no crash": http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78557/?
If it's a memory issue, this will help.
uhhhh... well crap the deed has already been done... now my current concern is re-installing everything... its my first time actually doing a clean install so im at a lost at what to do...
-Do I hunt every mod down again?
-And if not UFO, AFT or EFF? i heard those have an equal amount of issues...
-And to answer the questions above, when I made my new save I got rid of a old follower I never used and updated "BBLS" to the latest version, I think I also removed enhanced lighting as that was there also but I felt like I needed one less performance issue to worry about.
-Didnt realize blowing in the wind was actually heavy 0.0;;;
-
I wouldn't put it past the game itself, being that it's buggy as all heck; but that is not likely the case. It's probably a load order issue or perhaps your follower framework has been corrupted. You can try a clean install, you can try to reinstall your follower mod and the framework (AFT, UFO...). Here is how you clean install: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/906390-cleaning-skyrim-for-fresh-install/
If you use LOOT to sort your mods, you can post your load order here from the LOOT settings menu. There is an option to copy your load order.

Thats the loadorder for ya, know sure if that provides much help... Im gonna try the method you mentioned of reinstalling framework but is that gonna require another freshsave? (Not that i got far with this new one since I only just got to Skyhaven >.>)
and errr... ignore the certain questionable mods in that list >.>

-LONG STORY-
So recently I deleted a far along save file (about 200 hrs worth of playtime) and decided to start fresh with all mods starting from the new fresh save... things have been working great, no crashes, everything loads quickly again, I was having fun and happily avoiding mod stress... but then after I got my first follower (Seductress Elizabeth mod for those who use/love it like I do) and all of a sudden, the save file starts to CTD once I start loading it after that day of playing... At first i thought it was my follower mod, but that wasnt the case, another follower mod I had has the same issue, and then I even tested it with a ingame follower and it crashed also!
-SHORT STORY-
Recruiting followers causes my save to crash after quitting the game! any advice on fixing it?
-NOTE-
-This didnt happen when i had my 200hr save
-My two follower mods never gave me this issue before and neither did the ingame followers
-MY THOUGHTS-
It might be a problem with the Skyrim game itself but im not sure how I can confirm this...
PLEASE HALP! I WANT TO DO MY SKYRIM RUN WITH A FOLLOWER!

Hey there everyone I was hoping someone out there would be kind enough to make Auron's swords from Final Fantasy X. I want to make a sort of fantasy like bushido character for my skyrim and his weapons fit the bill perfectly. I would perfer balance with the weapons but at the same time useable so that I don't have weapons that dramatically outclass them, like having the weapons have stats from Ebony and higher. If I had to list out the requirements of the weapons as a list to make it easier for anyone willing enough to make this mod for me (and others to enjoy) this would be how it goes...
- Two Handed Weapon
- Balanced Damage (I don't want to have a mod like this gathering dust due to being too low leveled damage)
- As heavy as your regular everyday skyrim two-hander
- Would perfer the weapons plain with no enchantments
(Example, Have Auron's Celestial Weapon the Masamune have a max damage at legendary of 120-160 or something along those lines.)
I would be very grateful to anyone helping me make my dream mod come true.
PS: If possible I would also love Auron's themed Keyblade "Guardian Soul" as a one handed weapon with high stats (like 75 dmg at legendary)
NOTE: I have one handed and two handed skills maxed out 5/5 which is why im basing my numbers that way.
Quick Question "Console to level up but can't trigger certain quests"

Thx for the advice, I'll give it a shot... after I figure out my newest crashing issue of course XD
