I use Spring Cleaning, which claims to work around the reset bug, so far I've never experienced it happening, knock on wood.

You'd be amazed at how many places like that are in the game, I searched grid by grid on my first playthru and thought I had found everything but on my second time I still find new places, now I use the local area map a lot and look for door markers as there are a lot of little places to find that have no map icons especially on the rooftops around the taller buildings.

My first playthru I used Greygarden, put my HQ on the overpass. My second time, I'm using Boston Airport cause it's pretty worthless for a settlement and I'm using it for power armor storage plus it's kinda centrally located. And it fits in well with me siding with the Institute this time as I have about 50 missile turrets aimed at the BOS, they are in for a surprise lol. My next playthru will definately be Jamaica Plains since I tried out the mod that expands it to let you build in the whole town, it will take quite awhile to fill that up.

I think it depends on the enemy, I'm lvl 115 with sneak maxed and as someone stated I can shoot a raider or gunner directly behind them and they won't see me, but I can snipe a ghoul from nearly a 1000 yards and they run straight to me. Also I sniped a Rad Scorpion on the ground from the patio roof of a 6 story building, it burrowed underground and popped out right behind me on the roof lol.

My lip gloss is glowing too, thought my character had been kissing ghouls while I was offline.

206 with 181 plugins and everything is working fine.

I've gotten used to the "Entitlement Era" that we live in now, everything should be free and served yesterday, where things like patience and common sense are non-existant. You just have to /facepalm and move on. As for Bethesda, I've loved just about every game they've made, and I'll never understand people complaining about their pricing, or methods. They have sold me games for $40-$60 that I have spent 1000's of hours playing and been able to have a place to escape some of life's harsh realities, whereas some games you pay that money for last an afternoon or a weekend. They also announced they were releasing a game and it was in our hands very shortly there after. I'll take that with a few bugs over some of these game companies that announce a game and 3 YEARS later you're still waiting for it. I've already gotten my enjoyment from the game and then some, so the CK will just be icing on the cake.

I disabled "Gore Overhaul" and my other 125 mods seem to be working fine. Went through most of the workshop menus, no problems. I'm using most of the popular mods; Homemaker, Snap & Build, NX Pro, all of DD Productions, Spring Cleaning, Alternate Settlements, Etc. One good new fix I saw was now if you hover over settler in workshop mode it tells you if they are assigned and has an icon of what they are assigned to...about time lol.
