Hi guys, About 6 months ago when i first started using the fantastic mods on the NVNexus i found a beautification mod that makes pretty much all the female NPC's (Sunny Smiles, Trudy etc) into Anime style hot chicks. I cannot for the life of me find it now. Do any of you know which mod i mean? I've since had to wipe my PC and i lost all my saved mods. Now i cannot find that mod on the Nexus anywhere, i cannot remember the name. atm i am using a type 3 bod with Mikoto project beauty but even though it's great work it's not the same. As i remember, this mod just made all female NPC's faces cute and their hair cool. I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks :wink:

The "Better performance dll file did nothing for me either. in fact it made things worse. The one mod that has made things run slightly smoother is this reduced textures pack by Alex30001: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=47 As i say things run that bit smoother with this with no obvious drop in visual quality.

What armour are you using? are there any enchantments on your boots? (sounds stupid i know but it might be it). Is you character a vampire or perhaps contracted some disease? Check that out too.

I'm doing the Thievs Guild optional quests and i've been given a quest called The Shill job by Vex. It requires me to plant a stolen Gold and Diamond necklace in Heinsk'rs house in Whiterun. Their is no Heinski'rs house in Whiterun and their is no quest marker on the map. This is yet another very annoying bug like dozens of other bugs in what is otherwise a brilliant game. From searching the net a bit i have discovered that the optional thieves guild quests are all generated at random... Random item to be stolen/planted from/at a random person/place. it appears the problem lies if you have already liberated Whiterun with the Stormcloaks (which i have) then Heinsk'rs house is no longer available. I have no save from before i accepted this quest and if not completed it will stop me from finishing the TG questline 100% i would simply use the complete quest comand in the console if i new which stage to complete (the quest ID is setstage tgrdu) but i need the stage number. If any body can help me with this or if anyone has any other solutions then i would be gratefull :)

This happened to me too and doing a quick google search i have found it's quite a common bug that ocurs quite often. The best fix i found was this: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20111114035616AAxGTZg Karliah bug fix-------------------------------------… Okay...I've successfully passed the bug stage...this is what i did: When she stops to have the final chat, in the chamber with the 8 fires, you MUST be standing with your back to the barred ritual chamber, and your face pointing to the stones where you get your armor..(to trigger her chat, stay for 1 sec in front of her, then quickly position yourself behind her, as described above).... She will start walking in the good direction, towards the barred door....you MUST save the game at this point.. NEXT, when she will reach the barred door, she will use the chain one time to many. The bars will drop, and then raise again....WHEN that happened, i simply bumped into her, just so that she opened the door but didn't close it again....if all is well, she will resume her walk across the ritual room and all will be ok... Good luck The above technique worked for me, but if it doesn't then the other one hopefully will. What i did was : let her leave the place, next type in console : "prid 00058f1a" , after that type "moveto player" do it while standing close/near the chain. worked for me

Wow... That sounds rough and it's the first i've heard of it. You don't have any earlier saves from before you started any of the TG questline? The only thing i could suggest would be to use a console command to auto complete this particular part of the quest. It's a shitter i know but it might be the only thing other than a restart (or even a full reinstall). There was a console command function on past ES games that allowed you to auto complete in case of bugs. This might be your only hope :(
