You have never had to ransack houses for food in DM. there are farms with tons of respawning cows that drop multiple meat and milk. you can farm 100 meat and 100 milk in minutes not to mention the pelts will make you a few thousand.

I've seen the mods that give them atrack or spell damage but those don't feel balanced to me. I think adding skill tree passives to them would be a better use of trophies and a nice way to augment your build. They dont have to be tier 4 passives either. Tier 1 would add plenty of variety. I'm not sure how hard this would be to do but i feel it would be a nice addition to the game.
