Sorry buddy but premium only increases the maximum download speed, it has no effect on your download speed other than allowing it to go faster than 500kb/s :sad:. You can go to http://www.speedtest.net/ to check your estimated download speed.
P.S. you think you've got it bad? my max internet conection speed is 40kb/s

Regardless of its impact on the single player games this MMO is setting itself up for failure. I mean with The Old Republic and Mists of Ponadriouma or whatever its called, not to mention Diablo 3 just around the corner. Its like throwing a kid in the middle of a fight between giants.

They say a man can is judged by the company he keeps. The same can be applied to games except their judged by their prequels and sequels. I STILL meet people who wont by Skyrim cause in there eyes oblivion is the worst game ever. I have met people who say they will only buy the next fallout when its 75% percent off on steam, Because obsidian messed up with New Vegas. Games are judged in public eye by there predecessors.
Edit: well this has been a pretty one sided debated with a 87% majority the nexus has decided im being paranoid. Guess my high school guidance councilor was right. Ah well it felt good to get that off my chest

This MMO will cost the elder scrolls its very identity, It will be a permanent scar on the face of the series that can never be healed.
This is why i say so: Remember when Astrid first kidnapped you? Do you remember your choice, i`m sure you do. And even if you don`t the world of Skyrim will always remember and have to live with it. Remember the thrill of killing the one and only emperor? Remember the satisfaction of plowing down the last assassin in that sanctuary? And a year later guess what, there still dead, Remember when you stormed Windhelm/Solitude? Remember the glory of cutting down the usurper or the joy of putting him on his throne? And a year later he will still be on that throne, the Dark Brotherhood will still be dead. Because of YOU, because of what YOU did, That is what makes a game a elder scrolls game,the world forms around you, your every action is a permanence bestowed upon that world that can never be changed. A MMO destroys that permanence.
Therefore even if another TES singleplayer game comes out, It will never be the same

So I have been hearing a LOT of mixed opinions about this, some have cried screamed begged that it was a sick joke, others say it will be a nice little side game to play while they wait for TES:VI, others asked," WTF is TES".Whats your opinion?

Looking at the people behind the factions Ulfric has no real claim to the throne other than the fact that he got a big axe.However Titus Mede has just al little a claim but he did prove himself during the great war as a keen thinker and strategist. On there personality`s Ulfric is a bit hot headed and can not be counted upon to keep a cool head, whereas Titus upon hearing of his death accepts and resigns to it, thinking of the empire before himself.Besides the Stormcloaks are just being impatient, a civil war is exactly what the thalmor wanted to happen when they banned the worship of talos, so my ruling is: Empire: :thumbsup: Stormcloaks :down: .

MMO tend to have obvious storyline: bah bah big bad guy shows up, heroes must unite bah bah as 2-3 factions wage war bah bah
LOL turn those bah s into booms and you just summed up just about every first person shooter this decade :D

Edit:While i admit that last night wasn't one of my greatest moments I still believe this is the end of single player elder scrolls.Its my opinion, you don't have to agree with it.

ONE.SAME.PUBLISHER.Seriously do you really think BGS pays for there own games? If they did there wouldnt be any point of having a publisher now would there.

Do you have any idea how much it costs to make a game like skyrim ? The voice acting alone must have been a 100K+.Now imagine the scope of an MMO the server costs, the dev teams pay, the voice acting. There is a long list of costs why do you think each dev only brings out 1 AAA title every few years.

They cant afford to have the MMO team working full time, AND pay millions to Beth for a single player game eventually they will have to choose and with the way things are going now that`s not gonna be a hard choice.

Zenimax is a COMPANY.Meaning there chief concern is money, so if the elder scrolls online makes more money than skyrim they will stick to it and possibly even turn fallout into a mmo. If you had a goldmine yet platinum is worth twice as much, wouldn't you risk shutting the gold mine down?

Bethesda still has fallout and it is not unheard of for that exact thing happening, tell me when was the last time you heard any news of Warcraft 3 , how about KOTOR 4.
PS: If you're saying the KOTOR franchise was dead then you obviously haven't played KOTOR 2 there are any number of possibilities for a sequel or at least there were. Till bioware saw money and killed the franchise off.

While hector makes a good point some people (like me) prefer to have more control and freedom with there mods. The Steam Workshop is a little too controlling for my tastes, however with the launch of 4 new nexus sites recently i doubt well see a portal nexus anytime soon.

I would love to continue the couriers story. I mean the wild card ending has so much potential it could be like the enclave has returned and you have to lead your troops in a battle to stop them or maybe focus on the couriers chalanges as he tries to build a nation out of a wasteland.Or maybe continue the lone wanderers saga as he faces off against the super mutants.So many posibilities :)
