I know this is ancient at this point, but after days of searching this is the only issue that is exactly like what I am having. Game is fine for 20+ levels without visiting a word wall (using LAL or Skyrim Unbound), crash on load after first word learned. I had the same issue of being able to play for hours after learning a word, quit game, all saves made after learning a word ctd on load. So you probably figured it out or quit playing skyrim, (as I may do since I can't sort this out), but if you read this and you found a solution, I would be eternally grateful to learn it.
