well i alreday did those things, i discovered that it happens only when i use dual wield

ok so i discovered that dual sheet redux is making my game to freeze,when i use dual wield, do you know how to fix it?

so my games freezes for 1 sec during combat sometimes, it's random and it freezes when i equip and and unequip weapons. i modded my skyrim and everything its ok, i get like 40-50 fps outside except that in cities when i enter i have 30 fps and i cant figure why, in some caves the fps drops too from 55-60 to 30, i have an gtx 970, i5 4460 and 8 gb of ram. i have figured it out, to many esp files

i just added today some mods but after i load my saved game its says that i miss content and my mods are gone, idk what the problem is but without those mods the game works fine, i cant add any new mod

I have a gtx 970, i5 4460 and 8 gb ram, what mods and enb could i use to get like 50-60 fps. I have some mods like smim, skyrim 2k, elfx, realistic water 2 and a lod mod, but i get only 20-30 fps with an enb. Help plsss
