..answer the same question with story and/or dungeon focused mods for other games like all of the Fallout games, previous Elder Scrolls games, and Cyberpunk 2077?

Let's say that I have a friend just beat Skyrim, and did most of the side quests, and now they want to experience some really impressive story and/or dungeon focused mods that the community has put out over the years? What mods like these would give them a really great first impression to the modding community? Preferably without kicking their ass due to them being a lot harder than the Skyrim itself is. First of all, playing Skyrim Special edition on the PC, and I'm using zero mods. Anyways, when I try to sprint, only works for like a split second, and then it stops, and my only choices are so spam shift like crazy, or not sprint at all. Any way to fix this? thanks. Edit: apparantly crouching and uncrouching fixed it. All good!

Ok, so it's like this. Years ago I asked for recommendations for some basic mods that are considered essential, planning to go from there, and someone replied telling me to do all these complex things and follow really complicated, confusting steps to do them. and disable things like disable all autosaves. It literally put me off from playing this game entirely, and I haven't touched it in a long time. I'm hoping that the person was paranoid, and you don't really have to do all of this just to play them game without it becoming super glitchy, and crash happy, and so I'd like to hear if this really is the case or not. I didn't have to do so for Fallout New Vegas or Fallout 3 after all. Man, I just really hope that this isn't the case, because I wanna enjoy one of my favorite games again. If it's not the case, can you please recommend some good, basic, easy to install mods that work really well together? I also would like some advice on how to create a backup where I can either go back out vanilla if I need to, or better yet start over with the basic mods that you people would be willing to recommend. I'm not planning to spend 100 hours on a savegame, Again, I'm focusing entirely on quest mods. Still hoping that someoen who is really knownledgable of awesome mods can actually answer most of my questions. Isn't there anyone here on this board that really knows a lot of cool mods?

The general use advice section is huge. Any specific parts you'd recommend reading, as there's no way I could memorize all that with my goldfish memory. and yeah, if there's a ton of issues still with visual mods, maybe I shouldn't bother with them. Still hoping I can get some mod recommendations.

Doing a fresh install, where I can play New Vegas, where I just do quest mods like Al Chestbreach does. But before I delve into them, I'd like recommendations for what I should do to make it easier. Before I begin, I wanna make this clear. And believe me, I mean this in the nicest way possible. Please, I am beggging you, DO NOT assume that I'm deadset on anything(well, aside from going into the GECK myself and doing complex, time consuming editing myself) I've created similar topics before, and because of the way that I've phrased things in the intro post alone, people have assumed that I was unwilling to change my mind, and were unwilling to help me out. 1. What mods should I download to make this easier for me? I know that I probably need to install New Vegas Script Extender, Mod Configuration Menu, New Vegas Anti-Crash, 4GB Fallout New Vegas, but what else should I be using. I wanna make things as stable as possible. 2. Maybe suggest some save files on this website that I can download? 3. Maybe some mods like Traffic and Nevada Skies? Populated Casinos? Think they'd be good, or should I go with something similar but better? 4. What about MTUI? or or Centered 3rd Person Camera? Stuff like this. Should I go for these, or something similar, but better? Please recommend mods along these lines. 5. Can you recommend some super easy to set up visual mods? Maybe a combo of mods that make the game look good, but don't sacrafice stability. 6. Which map mod should I go for? It'd be especially great if I could get a map mod that looks like a really easy to read map. I favor practicality here over lore friendliness. 7. Even with the search feature, I find it really hard to find topics. Know of any topics that might have asked something similar to this? 8. Any other advice that you're willing to give would be great. Willing to consider a lot, and I appreciate any suggestions you're willing to give.
